In addition to her role as Vice President of Matheis Financial Group, Patti Matheis also acts as finance Controller and Vice President of Human Resources services. Patti’s client base includes communications, manufacturing, non-profit companies, restaurant and fine food industries and motion picture/film industry.

A generalist with more than 36 years of human resources experience in both Canada and the United States, Patti is skilled in many areas including employee resource rationalization, compliance, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, career counseling, strategic organizational planning, design of policies and procedures. Her career path has lead her to hold Director and Vice President roles for such companies as Fasson Canada, Avery Dennison, Canada Post and Canadian Pacific, in both union and non-union environments with employee populations ranging from 24 to 17,000 people.

Patti acquired her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation through the University of Toronto and Durham College in Oshawa.

In Patti's free time she enjoys spending time with her family and Reba her Golden Retriever. Her love for animals led her to volunteer for Golden Rescue. Patti is also an avid Formula 1 racing fan.
